WordTheatre’s four part actor/author series at NeueHouse continues with two of New York Times bestselling authors:

• Andre Dubus III – He is the award winning author of six books including the New York Times bestselling memoir Townie. His novel, House of Sand and Fog, was a finalist for the National Book Award, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, and was made into an Academy Award nominated film. Mr. Dubus has been awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship, The National Magazine Award for Fiction and two Pushcart Prizes.
   
• Elizabeth Strout – Pulitzer Prize winner for Olive Kitteridge, a collection of connected short stories. Other works include Amy and Isabelle, which was shortlisted for the Orange Prize and nominated for a PEN/FAULKNER Award, and Abide With Me, a national bestseller. Her most recent novel, The Burgess Boys, is New York Times bestseller.
